The Swan in Whittington is the ideal location for any occasion or gathering. We have a choice of Function rooms for Weddings, Private Parties and Business Meetings.

We are situated at the heart of the UK motorway network, just 200 yards from Junction 7 of the M5, making this one of the most conveniently situated venues in the Midlands.

Our two private rooms are situated on the first floor of the building. The rooms have  been refurbished to a high standard and are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, with fine views across open countryside.

We provide a music system and CDs (or BYO) free of charge for each Function Room. We regret we do not normally allow Discos in the first floor function rooms. Sorry!

Helium filled vinyl balloons can also be arranged

THE WORCESTER ROOM (First Floor)

Size: 7m x 4.3m (23’ x 14’2”)

This large panelled room with views across open fields is perfect for a dinner party the ideal maximum for one table is 24 or informal seating up to 40

THE WHITTINGTON ROOM (First Floor)

Size: 4.9m x 4.3m (16’3” x 14’2”)

This panelled room is ideal for a small       private dinner party and can  accommodate up to 10 guests.

WORCESTER/WHITTINGTON ROOMS COMBINED

Size:     12m x 4.3m (40’ x 14’2”)

These two rooms interconnect to provide the perfect venue for an informal party of up to 60 guests

MALVERN COCKTAIL BAR

The Bar can be staffed and stocked to suit your needs please ask for details

CONSERVATORY (Ground Floor)

Facing the rear garden, this popular room seats up to 28

We have a patio area & extensive gardens which are available for private parties.

Deposit / Payment

We require a deposit of £50 to confirm your booking, and full payment on the day of your event.
