Smoking
We have two open courtyards located in the front and rear of the pub for those who wish to smoke tobacco. All internal areas of The Swan are non-smoking.  

Car Parking
Car parking is on a first come first served basis, there are also additional car parking spaces that can be found in the village. Parking is at your own risk.

Bringing Children
We welcome well behaved children of any age accompanied by adults in the restaurant and bar during lunchtime and dinner service. We offer a children’s menu and in addition child portions of any of the dishes which feature on the dining room menu are available and charged accordingly.

Dining
We recommend that a reservation is placed for lunch and dinner especially during busy periods and in particular at the weekends. 

Pre Ordering / Cancellations

All tables of 12 or over must pre order their food up to 3 days before. Any cancellations of food order must be made prior to arrival, any meals cancelled after arrival will be charged for.

Accepted Credit Cards
Accepted credits cards are Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Unfortunately we will not be accepting Diners International.

Service Charge
We will apply 10% discretionary service charge to all food bills.

Disability Access

We have two disabled parking bays next to the entrance. We have portable ramps for the front access. We have a disabled toilet located to the rear of the restaurant. Management are trained to assist anyone who require help. We have two portable ramps to aid access to different levels of the restaurant. Service is table service for anyone who requires it.

One card per person, any main course item off the breakfast menu. One stamp per visit, excluding drinks, excluding toast. Free meal on your 7th visit. Not in conjunction with another offer. Not available on Mother’s Day or Easter. Not available during Cheltenham Race Week.

25% Discount Vouchers

To be used by the date sated on the voucher. Single use only. Can be used at any time of the day. Maximum tables of 4. Not available on kids food. Not in conjunction with another offer..

Blue Light, NHS & MOD Discount

Can be used at any time of the day, any day of week. Excluding, Saturday 5pm - close and Sundays 12pm - 6pm. Discount applies to a maximum of 4 covers per card. Not in conjunction with another offer. Subject to change. Not available on kids food. Not available on Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday or Father’s Day. Not available during Cheltenham Race Week breakfasts. Not available on buffets.
