Policies

  • Preorders for tables of 11+ must be submitted at least 4 days before your booking, including all courses and dietary needs.

  • Please confirm the number of guests 4 days prior to event. You will not be able to reduce numbers after this point.

  • The payment is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of booking. A full refund can be issued outside of the 30 days. Cancellations on the day will be charged in full.

  • We are dog friendly.

  • We have two open courtyards located in the front and rear of the pub for those who wish to smoke tobacco. All internal areas of The Swan are non-smoking.  

  • We have a large car park with over 50 spaces. Car parking is on a first come first served basis, there are also additional car parking spaces that can be found in the village. Parking is at your own risk.

  • We welcome well behaved children of any age accompanied by adults in the restaurant and bar during lunchtime and dinner service. We offer a children’s menu and in addition child portions of any of the dishes which feature on the dining room menu are available and charged accordingly.

  • We recommend that a reservation is placed for lunch and dinner especially during busy periods and in particular at the weekends. 

  • Preorder T&C’s

    We require this to be sent over to us no later than 4 days in prior to the booking.

    Canellations

    Any meal cancellations must be made before arrival, if made after arrival then you will be charged in full.

  • Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Unfortunately we will not be accepting Diners International.

  • We will apply 10% discretionary service charge to all food bills.

  • We have two disabled parking bays next to the entrance. We have portable ramps for the front access. We have a disabled toilet located to the rear of the restaurant. Management are trained to assist anyone who require help. We have two portable ramps to aid access to different levels of the restaurant. Service is table service for anyone who requires it.

Breakfast Loyalty Cards

One card per person, any main course item off the breakfast menu. One stamp per visit, excluding drinks, excluding toast. Free meal on your 7th visit. Not available on Mother’s Day or Easter Sunday. Not available during Cheltenham Race Week.

    Saturdays from 5 pm to close
