  • Staffing

    Staff are included for bar service.

    If extra staff are required (waiting staff or glass collectors) are available as add-ons.

    Plastic Cups: Eco-friendly compostable cups are provided as standard..

    Glass Hire: Upgrade to real glassware for wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails – from £1.50 per guest.

    Event Extras

    Welcome drinks reception (cocktails, fizz or mocktails) – from £?? per guest

    Tea & coffee station – from £??

    Practical Considerations

    Minimum of 40 guests required for all packages.

    Power supply: Food & bar trucks require access to electricity. (We can provide generators if required – hire from £??).

    Licensing: We are a fully licensed premises — no need for you to apply separately for a bar license.

    Timings

    Service Duration: All catering and bar packages are based on a 4-hour function time.

    Set-Up: We require 1–2 hours before your event to set up vans, equipment, and service areas.

    Pack-Down: Please allow up to 1 hour after service for clearing and packing away.

    Travel surcharge: Applies for events outside our standard service radius (quoted individually).

    Extended Hours: Extra service time can be arranged in advance — from £?? per additional hour.

    Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

    A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

    The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

    If you cancel more than 60 days before the event, your deposit is refundable.

    Cancellations made within 59 days of the event are non-refundable.

    In the unlikely event that we must cancel (e.g. vehicle breakdown, unforeseen circumstances), all payments will be refunded in full, or we will help arrange a suitable alternative.

    Event Setup Requirements

    Our bar trucks require a safe, level surface with suitable vehicle access.

    Approximate space required: 8m x 4m per van.

    Power supply: A standard mains power connection is preferred. If not available, we can provide a generator (hire cost from £??).

    Cleaning & Waste

    We provide bins for waste we generate.

    Clients/venues are responsible for general site waste, guest rubbish, and recycling facilities.

    If glassware hire is arranged, we will take care of the collection and cleaning of glassware.

    Dietary Requirements

    We can cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific diets with advance notice.

    Please inform us of dietary requirements at least 14 days before your event.

    While we take every precaution, food is prepared in kitchens where allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

    Weather Policy

    Our vans are fully weatherproof and can operate year-round.

    In extreme weather conditions (flooding, snow, high winds) where it is unsafe to proceed, we will work with you to reschedule as appropriate.

    Insurance & Liability

    We hold public liability insurance up to £10 million.

    All staff are fully licensed for alcohol service.

    Clients are responsible for guest behaviour and safety beyond the food/bar service areas.
